This is a unique program on how to develop and execute an implementation plan of strategic options. This is a natural follow-on program once an organization has developed a strategy, and now needs help implementing and incorporating this strategy into the organization and its operating plan.
Objectives
To introduce a new framework and methodology which ensures that the implementation of a strategy:
- Has the best technical solution and implementation plan
- Fosters active ownership by those affected by the initiatives

- Application tools/techniques help participants have the right discussions in the right areas so they can determine what needs to be done, and then take action

- Discover key principles for successful strategic change by drawing from past experience
- Introduce the strategy implementation framework
- Assess current progress of on-the-job change initiatives
- Alternate back and forth between learning tools/techniques and applying the learning to an on-the-job strategic initiative
- Synthesize an action plan
