DSI's Strategic Radar™ Dynamic Monitoring Module (SRDM) is a tool for connecting an organization's strategy and operational decisions to changes in the external environment. SRDM integrates proven concepts in intelligence gathering, scenario planning, strategic segmentation, and strategic options analysis.
