  • DSI will be part of FORTUNE's inaugural Innovation Forum on November 18 and 19, 2004 featuring some of the most dynamic and prominent thinkers and practitioners in the field of innovation including: Warren Buffet,Chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Inc.; Bradbury Anderson, Vice Chairman and CEO of Best Buy Co., Inc.; and DSI's own Paul Schoemaker. The conference will explore the idea of company innovation and its implications in business.

  • On Friday, October 8 at the MACK Center, DSI and the MACK Center members and partners met at the Wharton School for the Future of Biosciences Workshop. The purpose of the workshop was to present on recent findings and the current status of the project and included prominent speakers such as Dr. Lawton Burns, a professor at and the Director of the Wharton Center for Health Management and Economics, and Dr. Arthur Caplan, the Chair of the Department of Medical Ethics and Director of the Center for Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania.
