DSI Working with Wharton on the "Future of Biosciences"
DSI is leading a major scenario-building project in partnership with the Wharton School's Mack Center for Technological Innovation on the "Future of BioSciences." The goals of this project, called the BioSciences Crossroads Initiative, are to: 1) identify possible scenarios that will play a major role in the commercialization of new life science technologies in the coming decade and beyond, and 2) provide senior decision makers in affected industries with fresh insights needed to develop effective strategies for addressing the opportunities, challenges and risks presented by these technologies
In addition to a consulting team from DSI and senior faculty of the Mack Center, participants in this project include a distinguished group of industry partners and experts representing business, government and science.
