Philadelphia 100® 3 Years in a Row

DSI has been designated part of the Philadelphia 100® once again! The Philadelphia 100® was founded in 1988 to publicly identify, recognize and promote young successful companies in the Greater Philadelphia region. For the fourth year in a row, DSI is honored to join other companies as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the ten county Philadelphia region. Because of this 4-year accomplishment, DSI also becomes a part of the Philadelphia 100® Hall of Fame.

Schoemaker Ranked Within Top 1% of Management Scholars Globally

A new study of the 150 most influential scholars in the field of management, covering a quarter of a century of publications across the top 30 academic journals, included DSI founder and Chairman Paul J. H. Schoemaker Ph.D. This extensive research report was published in the Journal of Management (August 2008) and examined the citation counts for 25,000 management research scholars, representing 1600 universities around the world, across 30 leading academic journals for the period 1981-2004. The top 150 list in which Schoemaker appeared represents less than 1% of all the published researchers included in the study. The authors concluded that a small number of elite universities and a small group of well-known research scholars account for the vast majority of academic citations in the field of management.

DSI made the Inc 5000 again as one of the top 40% of the fastest growing companies in the US. The Inc. 5,000 took a comprehensive look at the entrepreneurial engine driving the U.S. economy.
