2015: Scenarios for the Future of Human Resource Management (2005)

CHR leaders must be able to not only survive, but thrive in a changing environment by driving alignment between corporate strategy and organizational preparedness to ensure a successful future. Scenario planning is a tool many businesses use to apply a strategic lens to identifying new pursuits across a range of potential future requirements. The 2015 Future of Human Resource Management report identifies major forces that will influence the workplace and as a result the HR profession in the years ahead.
