Job Description
As a Sr. Consultant at DSI, you will be responsible for leading the sale and delivery of strategy consulting projects with large companies, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Your job responsibilities will include the following:

• Preparation, analysis, and delivery support for DSI consulting projects
• Customizing DSI's content for client projects
• Developing work products for client projects
• Facilitating work sessions with clients
• Writing articles and papers

Job Requirements
The Sr. Consultant should have the following education and experience:

• Advanced degree (or equivalent)
• Some experience with strategic planning and strategy development
• Significant customer interface/client management experience
• Consulting experience
• Very strong communication skills (writing and speaking)
• Proven ability to succeed in a team environment

Desired Capabilities
Additional desirable skills for the Sr. Consultant are:

• Experience with Scenario-based strategic planning
• Organizational Change Management experience
• Analytical/modeling skills
• Market research experience

Compensation
DSI seeks confident individuals with a higher risk attitude than the norm. As a result, the target compensation for the Senior Consultant position will be above the market average with a higher portion of compensation at risk.
