Job Description
As a Life Science Practice Leader/Senior Consultant at DSI, you will be responsible for leading the sale and delivery of strategy consulting projects with large companies and associations within the life science sector. Your job responsibilities will include the following:

• Develop new business for DSI primarily within the Life Science Sector
• Expand service and solution offerings to DSI clients in the Life Science Sector
• Develop partnerships to increase DSI opportunities within the Life Science Sector
• Identify new resources to expand DSI's capabilities
• Manage the overall delivery of client services including consulting and downstream solutions

Job Requirements
The Life Science Practice Leader/Senior Consultant should have the following education and experience:

• Advanced Degree (or equivalent)
• Significant leadership and management experience
• Experience with strategic planning and strategy development
• Significant Customer Interface/Client Management experience
• Consulting experience (external or internal to a company)
• Proven track record of business development for both new and follow-on sales
• Broad Domain expertise and credibility in the Life Science Sector
• Very strong communication skills (writing and speaking)
• Proven ability to succeed in a team environment

Desired Capabilities
Additional desirable skills for the Life Science Practice Leader/Senior Consultant are:

• Experience with Scenario-based strategic planning
• Organizational Change Management experience
• Original content or publications in the area of strategy and decision-making
• Very strong professional network including senior level contacts in industry

Compensation
DSI seeks confident individuals with a higher risk attitude than the norm. As a result, the target compensation for the Life Science Practice Leader/Senior Consultant position will be above the market average with a higher portion of compensation at risk.
