Job Description
As a Executive Development Consultant at DSI, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and managing presentations and workshops to executive and board-level audiences. This will include DSI developed content. Your job responsibilities will include the following:

  • Preparing and delivering executive workshops and/or presentations
  • Broadening and developing DSI's Intellectual Capital by enhancing our current content
  • Working across Executive Development with Consulting teams to construct and execute current and future services to DSI's clients
  • Developing new opportunities while expanding existing client base

Job Requirements
The Executive Development Consultant should have the following education and experience:

  • 10+ years of executive education experience in leading academic and corporate programs
  • Strong academic credentials in economics, management and/or strategy
  • A passion for teaching
  • Measurements or evaluations of past successful teaching performances
  • Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Operational/management and/or consulting experience a plus
  • Doctorate preferred

Compensation
DSI seeks confident individuals with a higher risk attitude than the norm. As a result, the target compensation for the Executive Development Consultant position will be above the market average with a higher portion of compensation at risk.
