Job Description
As a Business Analyst at DSI, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of client projects and supporting project managers and consultants in the planning, analysis, execution and closing of engagements. Your job responsibilities will include the following:

• Market Research
• Client Interviews
• Modeling and Analysis
• Capturing Knowledge from Client Engagements
• Creation of Reports and Presentations
• Supporting internal projects

Job Requirements
The Business Analyst should have the following education and experience:

• BS in a business or technical discipline
• Market research experience
• Experience supporting client-facing projects
• Strong analytics skills (statistics, regression, inference, etc.)
• Superior communication skills
• Project management experience
• Proven ability to succeed in a team environment

Desired Capabilities
Additional desirable skills for the Business Analyst are:

• Presentation development (PowerPoint)
• Consulting support
• Analytical/modeling skills
• Market analysis experience

Compensation
DSI seeks confident individuals with a higher risk attitude than the norm. As a result, the target compensation for the Analyst position will be above the market average with a higher portion of compensation at risk.
