Jacqueline Claudia
Senior Consultant Jacqueline is a Senior Consultant with Decision Strategies International. She has over a decade of experience in strategy and market development, with a focus on the customer experience. Jacqueline has worked with a diverse client base spanning industry, development stage, and geography. She leverages this broad experience to help clients develop a different perspective on their own business. The goal is to encourage fresh out of the box thinking, resulting in a strategy radical enough to change the trajectory of growth and implementation tailored to realize desired outcomes. Jacqueline began her career as a consultant with Mitchell Madison Group, where she mastered financial modeling and options valuation, including techniques for quantifying soft concepts like brand value and customer loyalty. Jacqueline sharpened her customer sensitivity as a consultant for Future Brand and Creative Good by learning to listen to both what customers are saying and are not saying. Jacqueline is adept at interviewing, conducting workshops, facilitating focus groups, and directing lab and field research to produce meaningful insights that can be translated into strategy with measurable results. Jacqueline has also developed expertise in supply chain management, first as a consultant developing programs for clients to reduce indirect cost through needs analysis, vendor consolidation, and purchase centralization and then as a manager for a construction products company needing to reduce lead times and minimize channel mark-up to be competitive. Through these experiences, Jacqueline has proven effective at building support for change throughout the organization, from field level sales to board members. Some of the organizations that Jacqueline has worked with:
Jacqueline earned a B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing, and a minor in Art History. Jacqueline also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School of the University of Virginia. Additionally, Jacqueline received the Association of Management Consulting Firms scholarship and award for promise and excellence in management consulting in 2003. |
