Nicole Adams
Senior Consultant


Nicole Adams brings to DSI experience as a Strategy Consultant and Executive of a high growth education technology business. After obtaining her undergraduate degree in Psychology and French from the University of Michigan, Nicole worked as a consultant with Monitor Company with projects spanning the U.S., Asia and the Middle East during her tenure with the firm. Her clients included Fortune 50 companies in telecommunications, financial services and consumer products. Nicole's consulting work focused on building new client business units, determining and improving sources of profit and streamlining client operations.

After developing a solid strategy consulting experience base, Nicole obtained her MBA in from Columbia Business School. Shortly after, she became one of the founding members and Executive Directors at Wireless Generation, a premiere education technology company based on New York with business in most major school districts across the United States. During her tenure at Wireless Generation, Nicole led the company's product, service and sales organizations through annual triple digit growth. In addition, she played a critical role in establishing all inter and intra-departmental processes for these groups as well as leading the hiring and development of staff in each group.

Since joining DSI, Nicole has been actively involved with the Health Care and Financial Services practices, working in both a consultative and executive education role with her clients. Nicole's consulting work has focused on helping clients to apply scenario planning and market segmentation methodologies to develop long term strategic plans and capabilities. She is also the co-author of the 2015 Scenarios for Credit Unions and speaks at industry conferences on the topics of strategy and youth market issues.

In addition to her consulting work, Nicole oversees program management for DSI's blended learning - or E-Learning - practice. In this role she works to deliver custom, blended learning programs to clients to best engage learners at all levels, ensure seamless delivery using multiple technologies and create user experiences that will ensure that participants gain world class education no matter how, when or where curricula are delivered.
